Another one from Michiel and me; we are calling ourselves misc

We recorded the guitar and vocals a week ago, and I just finished up adding drums, bass, synth and e-gtr.
The original acoustic guitar track was awesome and inspired but unfortunately recorded too loud; ugly clipping distortion. so I redid that as well, more "neatly" played but less fiery.

Unfortunately, Michiel is not happy with my "post production" AT ALL. He prefers it just ac. gtr+vocal, hates the synth part in particular. I have a few doubts about the instrumentation of this song but listening back to it now a week later, I still stand by it (apart from some details; drums too loud, electric guitar too hesitant).  Ok, it's not nearly as strong a song as "So Real" https://songcrafters.org/community/index.php?topic=2864.0 but still a worthy album track.
