Gorgeous song Andy, nothing beats good fingerpicking on Acoustic guitar. I love the "lo fi recording" here as well, really adds to the atmosphere. Such lyricism as well...beautiful.

and your voice is really great here as well... this one ain't funky but the axe sounds great (reminds me of some of Page's playing in Zep!  Pretty special

The recording is absolutely perfect. Leave it alone! An absolutely sublime song and performance. Sounds like it came out of the 70's - Roy Harper or some other major folk artist. Wish I could finger-pick like that - so good. I love it.

Brilliant stuff Andy. A really powerful piece of music. I do agree with some of the comments. It is great how it is and sounds so natural, but I can't help feeling I would love to hear a slightly better sound quality, only to hear it shine in all it's glory. But in any case you have written a real beauty here.
