A fine song, Andy - with beautifully delicate vocal delivery and fingerpicking.  It's good as it is - but I think it would be even better with less clipping. This is only my opinion, and one which I wouldn't have mentioned if your second post hadn't suggested that you felt the same way. 

This is a fine song regardless of everything else.
