Great Greeny Wednesday! Great riffs abound on this, and your vocals sit so well over them.

You captured that Joe Meek vibe, especially the more surf/Shadows-types of songs he produced. I haven't seen the film, but I've read a lot about him and have listened to quite a few of his productions - definitely an interesting & conflicted character who created some very interesting sounds.

Oh, and I love that Danelectro Hornet - I'm wicked jealous... :)

That is a very cool and dirty little riff, and some wonderful sounds are also flowing into my ears from the other guitar parts in full stereo glory.

That bass is so solid, and when you go up the fret board on the middle 8 it drives it along beautifully.

Vocal delivery is spot on, and do I detect a little more reverb than normal?

My Oh My... What an intro.
Man your musicianship is beyond exceptional¬ and your vocals are... simply BAD ASS.
This is old school cool, brother.
And that outro....... KRAZY man.
Pure joy -- from start to finish.

Nice twang guitar tones on the lead guitar and the rhythm guitar sounds really good!! Are the effects from MBR...or is the secret your Danelectro? You're the star of MBR ;)

The chorus is pure ear candy! Well composed and arranged song! Liked the structure...

What a great swampy groove Tim.  Sheet man, what a feel to this song.  That guitar sounds incredible, as does your bass............quite a bass line going on here............and the vocals, smooth and smokey.

Alternate Tunings: CAUTION: your fingers have to be in different places

I absolutely love this...the sound the vocals .......the lyrics, Ive seen the film about Joe Meek and loved that as well......actually found out who Jemimas Kite were as  today.....Wish I was good enough to do collaboration as good.....I manage to play and sing enough to enjoy, but playing with others..?  I reallylike collaborations Art wise, in fact in a roundabout way that's how I found the forum...Julia Kays Portrait Party get to know your lady, hear the odd song by you then the Mamas and Papas cover last Saturday...which was also great then she sends me link to get here...its what the internet should be all about. Really enjoying exploring still finding my way around, and considering I have problems with lefts and rights it is a bit ???? ps the journey is the important part taking the wrong turn quite often leads to somewhere good...
