Hi Everybody

I'm here again with another cover song. I love OASIS, and I was really sad, when Noel Gallagher said : No more OASIS.

Everyday, when I'm driving my car to work and back I'm listening my favorite music and on one CD I found this song - I think that it was B - side of Let There Be Love single, and I love it. In original track Noel playing piano, but I've got one very important reason, why I used just acoustic guitars and bass. I don't know how to play piano or keyboards ;D

Anyway I'm really happy that weekend is coming... yeah, and next week I'll be in Liverpool  on International Beatle Week...

Nice job, Lubo. I'm not familiar with the songs of Oasis, so this is the first time I've heard this song and I like it a lot. Well done.

Cool! I hadn't heard of this before so I looked up the website and learned that the International Beatle Week Festival runs from Wed, Aug 25 to Tues, Aug 31. Looks like we chose a great time to have our BeatlesFest!

WOW !!!

Almost missed this with all the Beatles songs floating around ...

Sure glad I found it !! Tho I'm not a big Oasis fan (hate all the drama, why can't those guys show a smile once in a while) I do recognise they have some good songs.

This one I hadn't heard before, but it's a wonderful song and your performance is absulutely stunning!!

Your playing and arrangement is very good, and the vocal delivery is fantastic!! This one suits your voice perfectly.

On my second listen now, while downloading !

Agree, this was buried by all the Beatles songs. Mind you, this probably should be in Beatlefest, it's really close to a Beatles song! Noel wears his influences very obviously. Nice treatment here, I actually prefer your voice to the original (which I didn't know but went and listened to after yours). The simple treatment works very well and the acoustic guitars sound great, overall an excellent production.

My only niggle - would have loved a solo at the end!

Cheers,

Nigel

Excellent post Lubo. The vox is to die for. I love the stripped down song. I prefer your version to the original.
