I've always loved the Nick Lowe cover of this old Mickey Jupp song. It's from Nick Lowe's great album 'Labour of Lust' that my dad played a lot when I was a kid. Pure pub rock. My version is a bit faster and noisier than the original. All played by me on the MBR. The bass part was a real blast.

Rock and Roll!  :D

Great way to start monday, he's always been a favourite of mine ever since the Kippington Lodge days. His band and our band quite often shared the same stage at local gigs but he was always destined to go further than the rest of us, I think it's called talent. But I digress, I can sense the fun you had doing this, love it.     Willie

Liking it a lot. I love that chord progression. You can't help but tap a foot and shake a leg.

I can't believe I missed this first time round.

Playing and vocals are brilliant.

A great rocker with the Green Stamp of Awesomeness. (Where's Tharek when you need a trophy?)

I love this kind of pub rock! To my old ears, this is rock and roll at it's finest....great singing and playing but you faded it out too soon....just as you were starting to rock with the guitar solo. I'm quickly becoming a Greeny fan!
Keep 'em coming...great cover!

Gotta love some real old pub rock and I love this, great job Tim. Missed it first time round but glad I found it, loving that bass. It does fade too early though.

Great job, can you do "Coast to Coast" by Ducks Deluxe next please?

Cheers,

Nigel
