Hi!
This question might sound a bit strange but, does the power supply for the Boss Micro BR comes in the box?
I mean, I've been thinking about buying one, and after reading some info in a couple of online stores about it, and I dont remember seeing anything about it bringing the power supply.
Does it?

Thanks

No power supply in the box, just a pair of fresh batts.

There's no power adaptor included. It's a bit annoying, but I guess Boss were trying to keep the cost of the unit down to a minimum. I had to pay £30 for an official Boss adaptor from the music store where I bought my Micro. I don't know if there are any better deals around than that.

I guess the other alternative is rechargeable batteries?

Ok, thanks!
Thats what I thought.

Don't let that put you off though. It's an amazing piece of kit!

The best tip I could give is to use the tutorials section of this forum to educate you on the basic operations. It was much easier than using the manual, and it got me up to speed way quicker.

Well, to tell the truth it might actualy end up helping, as it gives me more options from where to buy it.
If it came with power supply I would need to be more carfull because there are different kinds and for example British ones dont "plug-in" in my country (Portugal or the rest of europe for that matter...).

my recommendation is to buy good rechargable batteries, i purchased a separate power supply and to date have not used it.

Rechargeable is the way to go no doubt. Portable and cheaper too!

Axtklinge

I've read someones post saying that the Micro BR "eats up" batteries quite fast, so I suppose that in order to keep it "portable" and evironment friendly I would have to go rechargeable.
Still I do have a couple power supplys I use with my pedals that would probalbly do the job.

i use 2800mah rechargeable batteries they last for hours before needing recharged. the higher the mah the longer a battery's life.

heres a link at ebay but im sure if you look around you will find better deals this is the best i can find for now.
