Okay to cover...not sure why you'd want to though...

This belonged on The Akron Compilation!

It was collection of songs by Akron punk bands.  The album cover was scratch-and-sniff, and it smelled like a tire.

I'm going out to sniff my bicycle tire now to complete the effect.

Tony, you are now a lyricist. You've discovered one of my lyric techniques:  To abandon any egotistical ideas that you can write good lyrics.

When I finish a song I often think, "Well, that wasn't too bad, but I'm officially out of ideas forever. May as well write shit."

Later: "Well, that wasn't too bad, but I'm officially out of ideas forever. May as well write shit."

Tony, I was wondering when you were going to post your punk song, I didn't realize I had missed it! Glad this got bumped, I really, really enjoyed this. It's really true to punk, 150% inspiration, no obsession with perfection. It's raw and fun but I love the way you did the vocals and the crazy sounds you have here. And the second solo and bridge are just fantastic, they just added some more cream on the apple punk pie!

I like what you do outside your comfort zone. You never cosnidered wearing a dress? Did you never see these handsome lads......

Thanks everyone.

I really enjoyed doing this. It's been quite a month for me musically. I'm getting to a point where playing is a lot less effort, and a whole lot more fun. I've had some fantastic influence along the way, all of it stemming from this site. To think that a year ago I could almost manage 3 chords, fast forward I did something like this....... That's because of you guys.

The lyrics, I really wanted a disjointed level of quirkiness. I think that was a success. For the lead vox I used the "punk" patch on the MBR, it seemed fitting.

Bluesberry spent some time writing down his method for producing a song, and after reading it, it made so much more sense than what I've been doing, so I'm anxious to start on my next project.

This is wild, lo-fi punk. It has all the right ingredients, including being very entertaining. A great addition to the fest!

Smokin' tune! You sound like Gibby Haynes on this.
