I had taken a 9 year break from writing and recording and a 17 year break in gigging. When I did get back on stage - i chose to go it alone and perform solo with an acoustic guitar. Some of my songs worked in this format some didn't. The ones that did I re recorded as acoustic songs for promoters to get a feel of what I sound like on stage.

Here's "What Do I Say?" acoustic version - more songs will follow

Oh well ........

Very powerful feelings shining through.  Vocal has a very emotional, genuine sound that only an original penned song can best have.

Great voice and vocal performance Jake. This shines through on all your material, even with just acoustic you still sound really powerful.

These days I merely dabble at being old and wise.
But I swear, I used to absolutely excel at being young and stupid.
