Recording Songs

Hey all

Just started using the BR last night. I remember from the instructions and youtube videos that the 4 tracks can be used for layering rhythms and soloing over the rhythm section for one complete song, but I was wondering if there was anyway to record one song (rhythm parts only) on track 1 and then a completely different song on track 2, etc?

if you master the songs as mp3s you can import them into a new song. in song mod click utility select track press the right cursor till you see imp press im then select the mp3 you want to impost selecting track or tracks you want to import it to, then hit tim and it will import into the new song folder do the same again choosing another mp3 and import it to another track or tracks not already in use and voila two songs in the one song folder. i would suggest importing to two tracks for each song to keep them in stereo. if imported to one track you only get a mono mix.

Thanks for the info! The entire system is still foreign to me since I just started messing around with it last night, but I will continue experimenting and follow your steps when I'm qualified for the task!!!
