Problems importing tracks onto BR 864 from computer...

So I backed up six songs, each with at least five tracks on my computer and when I try restoring them, using the steps in the owner's manual I get either an error screen, or when I try to look up the songs after the importing process I get a screen saying theres no song. Anyone know how to remedy this problem? Any helps would be appreciated.

Can you be more specific about exactly what you did?

Did you use the BR Wave Converter software or just the basic USB export?

I understand how you feel zerb, I had so much problems with saving to the PC and then trying to get it loaded back into the recorder, I actually lost a song, I somehow deleted it somewhere along the way. I think the file system is somewhat confusing, between the Roland folder and the BRO. folder, which is which.

If your backup is valid, the easiest way to restore it is with BR Explorer.
