I'm trying to musically spread my wings a bit and need an Electro acoustic guitar
I can't get a jumbo/dreadnought :(
cos I play in a funny position (don't take the P*ss) cos of a disability ;D ;D
Soooo I fancy a bowl back style electro-acoustic
I know about ovation but don't know about any others
any body own or played one?
Any advice is gratefully accepted
BTW I can't afford anything too expensive ;)

You might get some ideas here:

Also, if you're used to playing a solidbody electric but want the sound of an acoustic, you might consider a Godin multiac or a-series guitar. They're shaped/sized like a solidbody electric but have chambered bodies and piezo bridge transducers for a very good acoustic tone. They're not cheap but they're very good guitars. Models ending in "SA" include a 13-pin connector for connecting directly to a Roland or AXON guitar synthesizer. That way, you kill two birds with one stone. You get a great acoustic/electric and guitar synth capabilities without the bulkiness of a traditional acoustic guitar or the ugly add-on hex pickup for guitar synths. They're probably a lot more money than you intended to spend, but it might be something to think about.
