Another excellent production. Cool Song, and great job singing.

Yep, this is another cool tune.
Nicely put together, vox are good, guitars also,
The only nitpik I hear, is that I'd boost the bass
guitar just a tad.
I enjoy all of your songs that I have heard so far!
Rock on!

Thanks guys.

@lg -- Agreed about the bass. I've since been able to get a tighter, punchier bass sound that sits much better in the mix. Unfortunately, I can't go back and fix it on this song as I lost this one and several others in a memory card malfunction back in the summer.
You've only got 12 notes and however you mix them up is your thing. - Edward Van Halen

BIS - When I saw the equipment line-up, and realised that I was about to listen through cheapish headphones via a laptop I thought, 'Oh, oh. Saturation time!' But what do I listen to instead? True, there's plenty going on, and there IS enough to border on satutation, but no; what we actually have here is a quite clean, very catchy song. I don't know which machine you've recorded it on (er, which is one of my personal beefs with the new format of the Forum), but if you said it was the BR-1600 I wouldn't be surprised. Though I suspect it wasn't that machine. Musically, this isn't my cup of tea, but boy, I can admire that searing middle solo; and if someone put this on the jukebox in my local, I can well see myself and others giving that chorus some emphasis ourselves!! Speaking of the chorus, I would suggest that you double/triple track the voice to fatten-it-up considerably, it doesn't stand out enough from the main vocal. I would also try to use the chorus refrain behind the outro solo etc (Never miss the chance to pummel a song's hook into the listener's brain!!). All in all, Bob, this is very well done, and you can be proud of yourself.
