Well, in lieu of anything new (which I am working on), here's a tune I recorded a couple years ago. It's a lesser known cover written by 70's singer/songwriter Eric Kaz. It was recorded by Linda Ronstadt and Bonnie Raitt, so some of you may recognize it. Just a mellow ballad that I wanted to add some orchestration to.

There are only three kinds of drummers. Those who can count, and those who can't.

Never heard it either. Not going to bother checking tho ... this will do fine.

Is that Eridol Orchestra?

Very full sounding.  Just great job all around with the song.  Your voice sounds really good when you start really getting into it in the middle section.  Nice strong clear vocals.

Alternate Tunings: CAUTION: your fingers have to be in different places

Thanks everyone, for the kind words!

SteveG - the strings were played on my Motif ES, with a voice package called Orchestral Strings.

For those not familiar with the song (it is pretty obscure), here is Linda & Bonnie performing it together. Craig Fuller is playing acoustic, and singing with them. And Eric Kaz (the writer of the song) is playing piano. Just thought it was interesting.

Well, now that I heard Linda's and Bonnies take it gives me an idea of the song --- and have to say you've done an excellent job w/your arrangement - an inspiration to what can be done w/home studio --- and yes the harmonies are great!!! thanks for sharing Frank!!!
