Hi guys...

I have just bought a MBR, and I have been playing with it for around one month... I have to say that I love this thing!

Anyway, I have some questions for you.

I have a VOX Pathfinder 15W, and I would like to know if it is possible to connect it into the MBR... I have read some of the posts here in the forum, and I saw that some people said that the amp needs to have a line output.  I checked my VOX and I saw that it have this option. Anyway I want to confirm if there is any problem if I connect it.... If this option is possible, can I connect my pedal board between the amp and the MBR connection?

Thanks for your support!  ;D

Yes, provided that the jack specifies "Line Out," then a line level signal is passed into the MBR. You would use the "LINE" input option on the MBR and will probably need a 1/4"-1/8" adapter. No worries there.

As far as your pedal board goes... put it between your guitar and the amp, or depending on what effects you use and your preference, use the amp's "Effects send/return" on the back of the amp. Purists will tell you that delays and modulation effects are better suited when placed using the send/return but that's up to your taste (and amp, if it doesnt have this feature)

Personally though, I would prefer mic'ing the amp to really capture it's live sound. this involves more gear (or just using the onboard mic) so maybe you can save that for a later day.

Make sure you have a speaker sim on in either the amp or MBR, or it will sound harsh and fizzy.
