My girl was right there beside me.
When are friends were all gone we were alone

We were happily wed when she said its time for bed then
Her teeth and her hair she placed on a chair side by side

One glass eye so tiny one hearing aid so small
Then she took one leg off and placed it on a chair by the wall
I was so broken bearted most of my wife had departed
So I slept on a chair there was more of her there
