The Jazzy bits reamind me of some of the stuff that Fela Kuti did....
Long intrumentals.... But he also had some catchy vocal hooks thrown in!

Smooth and jazzy, with some very inventive and seductive lead lines. This one appeals to my Steely Dan leanings very much. It's a really tight, wonderful  piece of work.
