Another song from Henderson lost in 2023 who formed the Steel drivers band. Jean want to try some dobro work on a song so I did the bass drum one acoustic vocals and he filled in all the blanks and is always a pleasure to do a collab with him

just to clarify...I love Tim (TPB) and his very personal voice...and when he asked me to accompany him in this song I jumped at the chance...

I didn't know Henderson and the Steel Drivers at all, but I'm discovering them...and I love them!

I have a weakness for bluegrass, the vocals and the typical bluegrass instruments flat picking guitar, dobro, fiddle, mandolin, banjo, acoustic bass

so in this song I added the dobro and mandolin, unfortunately I couldn't leave out the banjo which, with its old strings, sounded too rotten ..and wrong...even with melodyne's help!

Lovely collab gents. You guys do sound like a good team for this style. I love to hear acoustic instruments as they have a pure quality to them. Tim - fine vocals... lovely tune - I don't know the original but might have to check it out.
