Stephen and his Christmas song inspired this quick take on my favourite Christmas song by Elvis.

I was going to play it properly, but instead ended up using 4 kinds of different piano sounds :D
And to add insult to injury i couldn't mix it properly as my computer started whining about the lack of discspace...

I might revisit later.

A caution for potential listeners. This one is heavy with Finglish! There's a saying about facing your fears. I've always hated the bridge of this song. It's actually at that point that i've always either changed the tune, or started from the beginning. And it truly shows here :D

Edit: Added electric guitar + acoustic guitar and bass.

for me I love accents/ bad speaking of languages etc.  I find them lovely and endearing.  Why is that your fault?  After all I could not begin to sing in Finnish (although that would be a hoot, maybe for another day)....
so don't worry ever about that.  Love the keyboards.  The only thing I would say is that the only way the mix might improve would be to move the vocal low freq off the keyboard low frequ.... what do I know?  not much... but I thought it sounded good...lol

great song... great job

Sorry for the bump, but i think i just messed up the Yulefest player with my changes...

I thought i had read that it's possible to change the files even afterwards, or is it because i changed the file name?

The jukebox is linked to the exact attached file id, so removing it and uploading a new mp3 will break that link in the jukebox player, since it no longer exists in our database. However, it's an easy fix for the admin team to make (I've just updated the jukebox with your latest).

In future, whenever you replace a song that's already been added to a jukebox, also change the song post message icon back to the blue 'Festival Submission' icon to make it easier for the admin team to spot it and update the jukebox. Or PM me or 64Guitars with your song post link, and we can update it.

Thanks!

Good performance and production. Have to say I am neither an Elvis or Christmas song fan, so to get me to stay and listen to all of this is an achievement LOL.

Enjoyed it, and have no criticisms of your very minor accent.  I have a question for the piano on this, is that something you play by hand (are you that good of a piano player?) or do you "program" midi?  All around great job, and impressive (as usual for you) for what you call a "quick take"!
