I loved the Cars, especially their first 2 albums.  After that they got much more mainstream.  I really like what you have done with this Rene.  Ben Orr sang this.  He was the more normal and lovely voice in the Cars.  You probably already know that but this sounds great stripped back and the acoustic version.

Just wondering if there is anything that makes you decide what songs to cover?  For me it usually is some whim, or some longing over time.  Do you have a video for this as well?

Another winner Rene!

Ahhh, The Cars!  Probably the best rock act of the 80s.  Love this song.  Rene, you have a way of making any tune you cover your own.  Beautiful acoustic version.

Renee I would play this at a late night session in a small club and it would bring the house down. While I like all your stuff I think this one just became my favorite of your covers

Life is not about the number of Breathes you take, it is the amount of times your breathe is taken away

Yes I have to go along with what the others have said, a very good version of a really beautiful song. Well performed Rene.

Now this one I'm familiar with. Again, it's your vocal that carries this. The slowed down feel works so well for this.

Edit: *BAH* I forget that replying stops the song. Listening again because I want to feel it from start to end.
