Just a quick post to say thank you to everyone on the site for taking the time to listen to this tune....And for the help getting it right!

The track means alot to me, and your listens have got it to number 21 in the soundclick experimental chart. I know it's just Soundclick, but it feels like an achievement to me!

Thanks again all!
It has topped off an extra special fathers day for me!

Peace

T(Osckilo)

 WOW!!!
You impress me every single time, T.  Every time I think I have nailed the "Osckilo Sound," something new and different blows me away.  You are one of the most diverse musicians I have ever come in contact with.  What stays consistent, though, is the freshness of the music and incredible guitar skills.  And although I love ORH -- who doesn't -- I would really love for you to sing more on your own tunes.  You have a very original voice and a great one, to boot.  It almost has a sort of John Sebastian feel (Lovin' Spoonful), which is very cool.

Your music is simply beautiful.  Thank you for blessing our little forum with it.

This site offers me a musical education!

All I listened to was Drum and Bass before...... Then some Cat stevens.....
I'm sorry if I haven't heard some of this stuff, and I thank you for opening my eyes to it!

Working out how to sing with a guitar is a real Journey......

Yes, John Sebastian is awesome!  Check out some Lovin' Spoonful too!

It is an honor to introduce you to many fine Artists of Past and Present.  And this forum introduces us to many fine Artists of Present and Future!

Did you ever check out Yes?  In my top 3 favorite bands of all time.  Here's a good mellow introductory song from my favorite Yes album ("And You and I" from Close to the Edge), complete with a CAPED Rick Wakeman on keys.  Oddly enough, singer Jon Anderson goes out of key in a couple of spots.  This is rare, but hey, even incredible musicians are human too.  I like it -- it gives hope to the rest of us mere mortals.  The song is very powerful. ;D

Actually, their "Holy Trinity" of albums -- The Yes Album, Fragile, and Close to the Edge have some of the best production ever, in my humble opinion.  This video, of course, was recorded live in the early 70s and the mix isn't great -- plus it's from YouTube, so loses a little quality there too.  Check out their original album recordings and they are crystal clear with some of the best bass sounds on the planet.  I'm sure Blooby would agree.  Chris Squire, the bassist, is my all-time favorite bass player.

Not sure where each member is from originally, but they are all English and formed in London in 1969.
