I wanted to do a quick acoustic guitar version of this song, but it turned out it needs the bassline. And then i added the drums also. This is quite drunken sounding... There are no solid performances to be found here.

Actually it would be preferable to listen to the original first. Then you'd at least know what i was trying to achieve with the vocals

Almost forgot. I didn't find any proper lyrics for this. Every version found from the internet was different... So i probably made some things up

I like the guitar playing on this song.
Your vocals are quite very good, and it floats very well in the mix.
I think this song fits very well with all the other instruments, as it was done.

one of the interesting things about this track is how heavy you can make an acoustic track... a number of bands I listen to get this same sound... cool

I don't know what kind of a momentary lapse of reason happened, but i had marked this as a festival submission, and it isn't. This song is from the Raw Power album (like Search & Destroy i did before this) and it was released in 1973!

So i removed the festival banner, fixed the subject line and changed the message icon (I hope that's ok to the admins?).

Brilliant cover Zoltan!!!(!!!) An absolutely classic track from the great Raw Power LP. You truly captured this song, tight as a button and with the perfect vocals for this. Iggy would be proud...
