Recorded on my 11 year old TASCAM DP24 & mixed on Studio One 4.  Mic is a Audio Technica 4040.  I did hire a female BGV & added some BGV's over hers in a couple spots.  I felt the song was better served with a session electric guitarist.  I did everything else.  Guitar is a 1960's Yamaha Red Nippon I got for $20...

Oh and my daughter shot the footage for the video & I edited on Final Cut Pro X

A fine song and beautifully recorded and mixed. Very pro sounding and impressive.  Oh - and your daughter captured a fine video.

That's really well put together. Song, arrangement, production are all top notch.

Love the vocals.

totally pro stuff...the recording, the song, the music, the vocals.  It's super good.  It takes a brave man to stand so long in front of a camera and just get himself on there...
I love the content of the lyric as well but for me I am waiting for the Lord to beam me off the planet.... this is just too much... "even so come quickly"....
your vocals remind me a bit of the old Petra vocalist who was also the vocalist in Head East back in the day.  Head East did a song called "Oh Elijah".... it was killer!

Definitely professional al the way around. You really have great presence in the video. Your daughter did an excellent job shooting the video. She even did exactly what I hoped for, by panning up the Crucifix at the end. Everything was great and the song is a strong message for there days????

Thanks Andy...I almost used my producer on this one but just felt the tunes feel would get changed.

Hi Paul...The video was shot in under 2 hours...My 3 & 4 year old grandsons wanted to leave the minute we got to the top of the mountain after our 20 minute hike. And as we're shooting the video then they are running in the background towards the edge of the mountain playing & yelling while I'm singing...It was a blast
