Tim graciously allowed me to make some adds to his wonderful song.  When I heard this the other day I was so drawn to it.  For me the song was perfect as it was but I wanted to just see what would happen if I played various parts along to it.  The result is a very different song in a way.  You could put them side by side and tell they are the same but they really aren't when you listen.  I added a couple of (what I thought were) interesting keyboard sounds along the way and 2 lead guitar tracks.  I did a bunch of different mixes finally deciding on this one.  I tried hard to not play over the vocals or in any way hinder the words.  The emotion in this song to me is off the charts.
Tim suggested I post it.  Thanks very much Tim for allowing me to play along... another version of your wonderful song.

I like it!  The overall vibe reminds me of a Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers type sound. Love the jangely guitars and great vocal, especially when the harmony comes in.

That's one beautiful collab right here. A great original Tim. Beautiful vocal melody and I like the adds Steve has done, they give it great character and originality. It's like a mix of cool Americana but spiced up with a little psychedelic lead. Nice.
