There's a great build to this song. As Mike put it, you have a way of holding onto a groove and keeping it rolling at the way through. That spacey lead guitar is out-of-this-world cool!

I also only know one BTO song, so am listening to this as a standalone and fantastic rock song. Superb guitar tones - the mix of the grungy rhythm riffing and the cleaner, soaring lead work is outstanding. Brilliant performance and arrangement. Very fine work.

I like your unique story line for the lyrics.  It reminds me a bit of the Great White & the Station Nightclub incident.  I like the song.  I can hear the heavy influence of Bachman Turner Overdrive in there.  I'd back off on the delay on the vox just a bit.
