As the sun has been shining for the last couple of weeks i thought i'd post this song. It's a witty tune about the British summer weather..which only usually last for a few weeks and thats it.

Everyone packs the beaches, heads out in their cars to get away somewhere, the barbecues come out and the sounds of the ice cream vans are constantly playing those annoying tunes which do your head in after a while. ..which only means it "must" be summer. So we all enjoy it while it lasts...until it's too hot and we moan about it LOL.

Another great rocker, Darren! The production is outstanding and of course Keith's vocal is stellar. Fantastic guitar sound and cool lyrics. I've remarked before of the similarity of these songs with Slade but they never did anything as good as this IMO.

I remember those brief summer days in England when we'd all rush to the beach as white as ghosts, get sunburned then whinge about how it's too hot.

Ohhh lads. This is a corker. It's bloody great. It's kinda got the spirit of something Blur might have written, although this is a lot heavier. A bit punky, but nice and carefree with a touch of madness thrown in. Bang on!

has a little bit of the Beatles vocals vibe to me...of course the music is a bit heavier...maybe it's that "hello"...sounds like the beatles...

This could be the new summer song we need to replace "In the Summertime" and "Peaches" now that they are well outdated....... Loved the fun vibe on this and the great rocking backer. Excellent guitars sounds and some nice riffs in there. A really fun vocal and I loved the spoken bit at the end. Sums up summer to T!

reminds me of a heavy version of Mott the Hoople or the Kinks live (the Kinks were much harder and heavier live than recorded, I liked them alot more)...

wow great tune darren , really catchy , your voice reminds me of noddy holder , thats in agood way i think he was one of the most underated songwriters there has been , love you song well worth another listen ....cheers tony cee
