I love this George Harrisson song so much (one of my favorites) that, after doing an instrumental version with lap steel, I wanted to do the sung version
Inspired a bit by the Live version of the Concert for George by his friends ( cf the Hey Jude quote chorus at the end...)

I asked my friend Tim (TPB) to sing it with me
This will be our 15th collaboration in my "Containment Musical Worshop" series

Thanks guys for listening

PS technique: the version is a bit long, and I didn't have the heart to shorten it, I had two choices to speed it up a bit with Reaper ' it's possible, without denaturing the sound), or to make the MP3 render with a 128 Kbps MP3 speed

PS 2 I would ask Harlock to redo the drums because my drumkit power is not very good  ;)

I don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

really lovely work men...to me though it's a bit like a Pink Floyd version of a Harrison tune...and that is a ok with me...

I love the laid back feel here, it really works with the vocals and soulful guitar work (which is all fantastic). Really enjoyed having this looping in the background, it created a really nice mood. It's a really nice mix as well which means you can really appreciate the guitar work. Great cover, great collab. Well done Tim and JP.

thank you guys...I'm wainting the Ken drums track to put on "Containment  Musical Workshop " volume 16 :)

Yeah, such a cool tune and very nicely done JP / Tim. I think this qualifies for the Beatles Fest as I believe it includes Beatles members solo tunes too? Really enjoyed this... really earthy and visceral... very moving indeed.

Thanks Mike and all the guys,

I am finalizing a new version with the collaboration of Harlock (Ken) who redid the bass and drums, and resynchronized a little all the tracks, I redid myself the lead guitar, the chorus, and the strings

You are right mike I will propose the new version to the beatles festival since George was indeed a beatles,..and there is a quote from Hey Jude at the end ;)
