Somewhat Surprisingly Connecting a Boss BR600 to an iPad Pro (2020) works fine.

I used a USB-C to Usb-host connector plus a standard USB A-B cable to connect my Boss BR600 to my ipad. Using the FILES app the BOSS shows up just like a memory stick.

I was then able to copy the WAV over to my iPad and open it in audio editing applications and DAWs like CUBASIS.

You could do this, and "PC-less" get music from your Boss up to the internet, to this forum, or to Soundcloud, and other places.

I bet that this might work from some Android tablets and phones as well. And certainly will work from an iPhone or iPodTouch if you can get the right cable or adaptors.
