Glad Groundy dug this up, it definitely deserves more comments. It's really catchy and although you say the lyrics are banal, the "you say, I say" is a great hook. I've heard a lot worse lyrics on many supposed "hit" songs....

Great instrumentation and composition as always. I really liked the guitar sound in the instrumental part as well. It all hangs together very well and it's a great way to start a Monday. Well done!
