So I'm finding that sitting on the sofa all day waiting for my ankle to mend isn't the best for creativity and making music after all.  This track I persevered with and nearly binned on at least one occasion.  But I'm happy with the result.

Kinda creepy Incidental music in a good way. Were the pain meds especially good that day?

Yep dark would be the word, I know it is strange had a whole week off was going to write and play and nada then go back to work and boom song ideals in the middle of the day when I am working and can not play

Yes, I like the dark atmosphere! Very cinematic indeed, Could be from a movie soundtrack. Reverb works nicely on this!

The beginning almost has the feel of one of ORH's moody synth pieces. But it's own thing. That sparse piano is menacing as it introduces the vocal. And the vocal delivery! It's equal parts fragility and frightening – like a sick puppy: You want to pick it up and comfort it, but you don't want to catch what it has.
