One misplaced football? I was thinking more along the lines of Trainspotting, or Thunderball at the very least.

Or am i lacking imagination here? Like where did the football go? Into the face of a neighbourhood gangster. A one that you had to fight, in an event that turned into a gangfight with boss level monsters? Where the only thing that could save you was your old childhood favourite: Nintendo Power Glove!

I think now were getting somewhere... Or maybe i should go lie down a bit :)

What did you use to perform this? It sounds like you were using a drum machine of sorts, then some synth stuff coupled with tasty piano playing (played with toes while sitting on the sofa?).

You're a real bag of surprises. You're doing the punk stuff so well, and then there's the oddball stuff too. But this introspective stuff is also done so well.

Sounds great and moody! A bit dark too.

That's what we're hearing. But there's always two sides to every story. For all i know it might be a sudden case of drama queenish. The ankle was sprained while tying shoelaces. Followed by the sudden spell of "i can't do anything!" where everyone in the household is serving the "wounded". Children bringing slippers, wife catering fish & chips while the "wounded" enjoyes a brewskie or two!

Sounds quite grand actually. I think i'll try that. Like the time when i almost slipped on a mushroom (real story) and later drove over the mushrooms with a car (another true story from the same day!). My life is exciting isn't it?

Missed this first time around Nick.

It sounds really good.

Love the instrumentation, the reverb on the drums.

Some great progressions here, I'm getting some Thelonious Monk.

I like very much.
