Hum when using Ac Adapter

Hello,
is anyone having problems when feeding the Br with Ac adapter? Whenever I use it I hear a considerable hum noise with guitar. I´m using the offical Boss ps power suply, but tried with different ones and still the same. Also changing the high quality cable I´m using and the guitar for another ones. In another different location still the same, it´s seems like a ground issue, when I touch the cable it dessapear, the same If I run with batteries....
Any suggestions?

Don't like the sound of that-You may have to return/exchange it-is it under warranty?
If you are using a known good guitar and good cord in the guitar input of Br and it makes noise regardless of the effect preset-then stops if you touch cable-Most likely is a grounding issue

Not under warranty, second hand issue... I´ve heard from other users having the same problem. Is that the case, or when you use power adapter there´s no hum at all?

Thanks in advance.

Welcome!

That happens with the guitar dedicated input right? With the line In stereo its good, right?

Hi Admin!, thanks for helping...
The sound is a very high pitch one whenever I use the Psa boss adapter (no problem of the adapter or the electrical wire, I tested in other place changing the adapter and still the same). I said that touching the cable dissapear...but not. No matter what input I choose keeps hearing. Even turning volume down.
Ever has heard of it?

Thanks!

David

Updates: I can record that sound, if I use mic input and record, the hum is there when I playback. If I choose guitar Input, the hum is just in one channel, left channel (strange, isnt it??). Buf If I run on batteries, no problema at all, no hum, nothing.
Is driving me crazy...
