Yes, Alex, of course, BUT remember that the sound quality will not be anymore the one from the original wav.

(...unless you've recorded it as mp3 from the beginning. But in this case too it's impossible to "get better" passing from mp3 to wav. Remember that the mp3 file is anyway a low quality aodio file, if compared to wav and/or aiff)

i imagine alex wants to transfer the mp3 to his br800, however the br800 only accepts wav files.

Maybe another option Alex is to record from the source wav file direct into the br800 input using a input cable, as a stereo track , i have used this method from my laptop from youtube when i needed a practice track , or anyother track for that matter , bit old school but it works without using software etc , not sure of the quality rate but its good enough

Here's way, if you still have your Boss Micro-BR...

Move the mp3 file onto the M-BR via USB cable.
Import the mp3 onto an empty pair of tracks.  (The M-BR can Import a wav OR an mp3 )

Then you can set pans to hard R/L, Master the song/track with the Effects set to 'Flat' and Export the song as a Wav.

These days I merely dabble at being old and wise.
But I swear, I used to absolutely excel at being young and stupid.

Groundy

Cheers Paul, Hooper, will give that a try.
