NOISE!

Hi to all forum, I write for the first time.
I hope you can help me...
I have acquired yesterday MICRO BR and after some hours of hard work I haven't resolved a problem.
I have insert my guitar, but when I play there's so much noise with clean effects, don't tell when I use distorsion effect...it's impossible to hold the caps!
I've work with the input parameters and I put a very low level of the ingress but the result is a lowering of the noise but I can't hear what I play!!
It'a a problem of cable? ...I've changed it but the problem is the same!
There some parameters to changed? It is possible is my guitar's pick up? (original fender strato USA)

welcome to the forum
do you know for sure that the guitar pickups and cord are good?
test them by plugging into a guitar amp or another device such as a mixer if possible to test.
If the guitar and cord is good, check to make sure that you are using the 1/4"  guitar input. Do not plug into the 1/8" line/mic input.
If you have tried that and still have the same noise, i would suspect that there might be a problem with th Micro BR-unfortunately

I've resolved the problem... I've make a test with another guitar and sound's good! Now I must repair my elctric guitar, becase probably have a problem.
