"You Can't Resist It" by Lyle Lovett w/Lurker - Live at the Local Pub

I recall Lyle Lovett sitting in with Leo Kottke (or the other way around) on Austin City Limits. They did a duo version of this song. I know it's repetitive, but it was always a tune that stuck in my head. The entire tune is A > D/F# > G > D/F#, but I find it a bit infectious for some reason.

First time we ever played or practiced it, and in somewhat typical fashion, we opened last night's gig with this (Sorry we missed each other, Hook). Guitar and BG vocals from the Digitech are a bit hot, but it is a pretty accurate snapshot.

Yeah, super performance. Some tasteful playing Blooby and great singing, bang on the money suits Lurkers voice this tune. You are right it is hypnotic, i am on 2nd play and its asking me for another!
