I did not know this song, discovered by chance on YT. From wikipedia it became a standard of jazz, taken over by more than 150 artists as diverse as Joan Baez, Jeff Beck, Ray Charles, Joe Cocker, Ella Fitgerald, Peggy Lee, Johny Otis, Nina Simone, Rod Stewart to name a few that I know

Here is a "classic" guitar arrangement .. but I work on the jazz guitar version which is very good (I'm looking for a female voice to sing it HF? ;D

thanks all the guys for listening

I really love this, it's pretty haunting on its own like this. Transports you to a smokey French jazz club late at night (or early in the morning). Are you playing an archtop? My first introduction to this song was Joe Cocker's vamped up version, and Aerosmith's more traditional slow take - I love when a song can be taken in so many different directions. Great stuff.

Love the Jazz version of this classic great playing loved it

Life is not about the number of Breathes you take, it is the amount of times your breathe is taken away
