Not sure if this is the right section for this, but as it's based on one of my original tunes I'm guessing this is the place to put it...

I so want to be up for a challenge but this would involve my least favorite thing....practice. I think I could scat it though.
I hope you get some cool responses.
Rock on!

An interesting, if somewhat of a scary challenge. You are a naturual teacher - this is very clear and well deconstucted, however I'm with Hook with the practice thing. My old fingers may not be able to cope with new muscle memory! I will have a go at following the vid - although may never get as far pressing the record button  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D Respect!

Thanks Johnny, my hand hurts now - and that was just the first phrase.  ;D ;D ;D Interestingly you constantly change position on string swaps, which is something I dont tend to do at all - I think its violin playing where you tend to change position on the same string (if I'm making any sense). That's great, cos I've learned something new! :-) I'm not sure that I'll get to the point of recording anything, however to let you know that I'm using your vid and its teaching me something new :-)
Cheers mate.

I'm not a fast player so I think the challenge is wasted on me and time just now seems so limited. ....but I may try at some point just to see how it goes
could you extend it to December lol

Very nice solo mate, but I haven't memorised a solo since my late teens.
You've got that great legato technique on a lot of your runs and I always love to hear a guitar solo that follows and acknowledges the chord changes.
But I just don't have the time or short term memory banks to start memorising things as complicated as that.

Great stuff none the less.
Warmest regards,

Captain Jimbo
