I tried Reaper once and found it confusing, but that was several years ago.
I'm sure Cockos has developed a much better version now.

I love Reaper, it's a really good functional DAW with loads of features found on the much more costly DAWs. I have been using it for a few years now and I find it to be stable and really useable.

This sounds great too, what are you using for the audio interface and are you using the built in effects for the ambience?

So glad you liked the song and REAPER.  I use two MOTU audio interfaces connected to my PC via firewire (MOTU 4PRE and MOTU Audio Express).  Yes, I used some delay and some reverb on the leads - left the drums dry.

Excellent playing and laid back feel! Enjoyable piece of music!

I've used Reaper just occasionally for testing and editing tracks, but Audacity is more familiar to me. Perhaps there's some useful and better features...
