Hope these are different enough. We are packing up for a move next week. It's almost been 2 years since the adoption and we need a bit bigger house and it looks like I'll get an ok studio space. It's kind of an extra living roomish space and is not fully enclosed so Live mics will be an issue unless I have an empty house. I will however be able  to nicely display my instrument collection and create a very functional workspace for all headphone work, I'll just do vocals in the car.

I did this yesterday, in the destroyed (packed up) studio on the br80.
1-banjo/vocal (stereo)

I think I like this version best of the three so far.  I'm a sucker for a banjo and any acoustic instrument recorded live (and played well).

Yeah this is very different and sounds so lively. I like the room feel of the banjo and those 16th strums on the mando around 1:35. Unique dude!

Love the banjo too... i thought about buying one recently, but am a little worried it might be too difficult to play.

Really like both V2 and V3 of Better Man. Such completely different approaches. Terrific musicianship and vocals in both. The piano, cello and voice on V3 are so smooth and I love the Americana feel of version 2. Great stuff!
