Hi all you creative people

Well I guess the title speaks for itself !

Do I have to go thru all those step when I made a mistake and want to erase a whole track ?
Seems like too many unnecessary steps ( Menu / Song / Track Edit / Erase etc etc ) to just erase a track ?

All help are greatly appreciated !

Thank You !

I don't think there's any shortcut for the track erase operation. However, in normal operation, you probably won't often need to erase a track. If you record a track and you're not happy with the result, you can use the Undo feature to restore the track to its former state (presumably empty). Or you can simply switch to another empty v-track and re-record the track. Or you can record over the same track, over-writing the previous unwanted recording. With 64 empty v-tracks available in each song, there usually isn't any need to erase unwanted tracks, unless of course you just want to tidy up and get rid of tracks that you're sure you don't want.

Thanks 64Guitars

Wonder how I record over the same track ( That sounds like the easiest (fastest) way to do it ) without first undoing it ?

I think that was the first thing I tried to do but I could still hear my first take and didn't know how to get rid of it !

While holding down the STOP button, press the << (rewind) button. This quickly sets the position to 00:00:00.00. Then just begin recording on the same v-track you want to overwrite. The new data will replace the old data. Be sure to continue recording past the end of the old data if you want to erase all of it.

Seems like it work just like I wanted.
I must have stopped the recording to soon so that the old one wasn't erased.
