Loved it! I really like how you rearranged it, compared to the version on Lennon's album, which was also rearranged compared to the original. The guitars on your version sound a bit glam-rock (T. Rex, specifically) to my ear, and your vocals are a treat, as usual.

I also bought Lennon's 'Rock 'n' Roll' album back in 1975 (one of my first LP purchases, from money earned on my paper route) - but I can't remember if I had heard the original by Larry Williams before then or not (it's possible - my dad had a few oldies collection LPs, and he listened to oldies radio stations frequently). I know I played Lennon's 'Rock 'n' Roll' a lot. I may even still have the LP?

On my second play now, and digging it even more!
