We were doing this jam around a jazz rag sort of thing.

This at once playful and menacing, like a cat happily playing with an exhausted mouse – that the cat is probably going to kill and eat.

It's really interesting to be discovering your other facets as I investigate my blackouts. As I said in a previous comment, I kind of had you pigeonholed as "the guy who posts good punk stuff."

My only tweak to this (if I could tweak) would be to make that horn section huge – more than just trumpet and trombone. Put some bigger claws on that cat.

BTW: Have you heard of Bonerama? I think you'd like 'em. A huge horn section that knows it's way around a heavy rock song. If you ever wanted hear wahwah on a trombone, your wish will be granted.
