No Rain into AtYD - Lurker & Blooby 128

Edited down from a longer medley, this was from the same night as "You've Got to Hide Your Love Away." First night we tried "No Rain." Although kinda flat, there are a couple moments where I am flailing my arms on a tightrope. That one around :40 cracks me up.

This was a good version of "All That You Dream" for us. You can tell we're listening to one another.

The transition between the two songs is another inward smile. I was fighting feedback issues and decided to embrace it by sticking the guitar in front of the monitor. It's a pity I wasn't looking at John's wife's pained expression. She sorta shakes her head in what I believe to be either wonder and/or disgust when I do stuff like this.

Much to Bruno's chagrin, I think I've got a couple more neck bends in there. I should cut that out before the inevitable.

Peace.

I like the way you guys sew song medleys together and they are not always the most obvious ones either but you do the transitions expertly! The Blind melon song sounds good with the lower vocal register. Both songs are excellent in this live setting. Cool playing and singing!
