A good composition and a nice backing track for lead guitars. This is tempting.....when I can squeeze the time in I'll experiment a little with it to see if I can come up with something worth adding. It would be cool to have three or four guitarists take a section of it.

Farrell, if you tell me where to plop a solo (so as to not double up on your placement), I'd be happy to.  Mike, excellent post, and kudos to you for the collaborative spirit.

That would be cool Blooby. It sounds like the song could be broken down into four repeating progressions. 0 to 1:30, 1:30 to 2:36, 2:36 to 3:22, and 3:22 to 4:10. Not precisely but something like that. If there were a couple more guitarist that wanted to join in that would be great...especially since I'm usually good for about a minute of solo work before I become boring, lol. But I could stretch it out for half the song if need be where the break point would be about the 2:36 mark. Since I won't be able to get to this until next week (taking a short holiday) take you pick of the slots and I could fill in when I get back.

As I'm still getting to grips with Studio One I'll need a bit of advice/help about how to export the part, but I imagine you would be able to point me in the right direction, Bruce.  Once I've recorded something passable that is.....

I didn't get to it due to anger over a used pre-amp purchase (argh).  Go ahead and take the beginning.  I think I'm going to plop a steel-string solo in.  If it's in the middle, it might contrast the sandwiched electric solos a bit.
