I used to do this when I had my comedy group in the 60s,
My Bass player was a little fat baldy fella (Steady Eddie)
He was the double of The bass player in the Grumbleweeds, anyway we had a recording of the female high voice and he used to mime it, Always went down well, Anyway I decided to make an instro of it...

One of the first Joe Meek songs I remember hearing after 'Telstar' (which I remember still being played on the radio back in the late 60s, although I arrived late to the rest of the Meek party in the 90s).

Definitely captures the sound and spirit - love that guitar!
