Ode To My Family - Kayla and Maddie Update

Hi Folks,

Long time, no post from me.....again. Yeah, i know I don't get on here at all these days but for those that have been following the progression of Kayla and Maddie over the years I actually feel a bit of responsibility to keep the updates coming when I remember. The girls have been going under the name of Sibling Rivalry for over a year but we found that name is taken by quite a few bands around the world so after a long time of coming up with names, checking google and facebook, discarding said name etc etc etc they finally came up with Satin Rose. Here's the facebook page and the website should be up soonish. I took up bass around 18 months ago in part due to the girls guitar work needing no input from me, so now I try to hold down the bottom end. The girls are now 11 and 14, which means that it's been 6 years of posting Kayla's live gigs!!!

Here's the latest of a couple of songs. The sound really needs a fair bit of bottom end through some decent headphones or a decent sound system to hear the kick drum of the Woodskin and the bass properly.
