Do I Have To Use The Bounce Feature/

I have been using an M-Audio interface to record until now.
I also have Ableton on my computer to mix and master the songs.

Say I record drums on track 1, rhythm on track 2, lead on track 3 and vocals on track 4.
Do I have to mix these tracks together before transfering/copying to my Abelton software, or can I just transfer the recording of the 4 tracks from the BR to my computer?

Thanks

no each track can be converted to a wave file-in sonar i just drop them each in separate tracks-probably could do that in Live too

First you have to convert the Micro BR track format to .WAV. I suggest you follow this tutorial for converting and uploading tracks to PC to mix them in any DAW, like Sonar:

Thanks very much.
I guess it's better to download this after I hook up the Micro to my PC for the first time.

i like using that wav converter program because if you got v trks you can put them in separate tracks too then all the track are availble to you use- mbr has 32 track available-that convenient if you wanted to "comp" a lead or vocal track for instance
