ZZ Top cover, Need you tonight

Originally did this song a few years ago.

Redone it and hopefully improved it. All recorded on a Zoom R8 All voice and guitar fx on board the R8 except the solo was done using a cry baby wah pedal (not quite used to using it yet lol). Guitars are a Gibson Les Paul and a legacy bass.

I saw this post yesterday when I wasn't able to listen, had to come find it this morning.  Big ZZ fan so always keen to hear a cover.  My first song post on this site was my cover of TV Dinners from the same album.

Really good guitar work and you get the feel of the original.  Nice soloing too.  Drums could be a tad higher in the mix?

All in all though, great listen, your attachment to the song is coming through.

I'm not familiar with this one - I never really 'got' ZZ Top.
