i started this one over a week ago and it was slowly turning into mud so many tracks had been added, however today i added some bass and it all sort of fell together, so with bass done i remixed everything again stripping out a lot of stuff. used most of the 64 tracks on the br800 for this one, tho you wouldn't know it

Hey jim,nice one mate,as usual it tells it like it is,the solar eclipse was a pile of crap and people spent a fortune jetting around the world to look at clouds.
I'm currently in the Canary Islands and the only eclipse I want to see is the the waiters tray delivering another drink by the bars lights

when the moon went over the sun the birds went crazy then dead quiet.

Amazing, all those tracks, but everything sounds nice and clear. I like how the bass and drums feature prominently with your vocal. Different than your Micro BR work - the BR800 seems to have its own sonic character. Great job, James.

My take on these astronomical events is if you get to see them without too much trouble, great! Otherwise, I wouldn't lose any sleep about missing one...

i ended up using only 16 tracks for the final mix 18 if you count the tracks it was mixed too. most of the other tracks involved where used for various bounces and stuff i ended up not using.
