I feel terrible!

I got the Micro BR last month for my birthday and ever since I've barely touched it. I feel like such a jerk because it's really expensive. I got the BR and an iPod which I use every day. The BR I played with for a week or so and have barely touched since. I really hope I use it again! I don't know why I'm posting this but I just feel like a heel for not really using it after my parents were set back $250. I thought I would use it a lot but I'm not. What should I do? I feel all bad when my dad keeps asking me if I like it and I tell him I use it a lot. It just makes me feel terrible. What should I do? :(

Don't feel pressured to use things. If you have used it once or twice its good. The first month I bought my Micro BR I barely touched it.

Thanks you guys! I guess I was just overreacting. I'm soon to be getting some DVD lessons so I'll bet within a few weeks I'll be using it much more.  :)

It took more than a month for me, after buy the Micro-Br to start to use it.

In a certain way I was feeling just like you, with no inspiration to experiment and write new stuff or to re-work old riffs.

Suddenly I started to experiment, and get very excited with all the possibilities and all the freedom I had to create and try with different ideas.

And right now I just can't stop to use it, when I have free time. It's very easy to write a whole song, or to register one idea and work in another day.

If you have no ideas to your stuff, use it to practice or to record some songs that you already know. Soon you feel more comfortable to try your own things.

Good Luck!

Lol, why don't you use it then? Whenever I start recording with my Micro BR, I inevitably go on for about 3 or 4 songs. Quite addictive.
